St. Croix Business Center

A 28,000-square-foot space in the St. Croix Business Park, this center combines professional offices and warehouse condominiums. The developers envisioned an upscale professional center that would allow individual ownership opportunities for expanding businesses.

To create an impressive presence within the business park while honoring the landscape of the St. Croix River Valley, we paired contrasting masonry in warm, traditional colors. Ample windows bring daylight into the space, and additional features include 17-foot ceilings, loading docks on select units and professional landscaping.

We used metal canopies and architectural stonework to create a unique entry for each tenant.
