Each stage ensures we’re addressing everything our clients need, as each project is unique with its own challenges and goals. In a nutshell, our approach includes information gathering, a robust project plan, ideation and creation, guidance through the even smallest details, and a partnership throughout the construction process.

This is the moment we gather all available information. We ask questions to understand your expectations of the project including spaces, relationships, qualities, schedule, and budget. The more we discover up front the better the project will be by the end.
Design
SCHEMATIC | BRAINSTORMING | EXPLORATION | EVALUATION
We believe that design is derived from understanding you. Ideas are brainstormed, explored, and evaluated in sketches, digital models, and debate. Once tested against the project definitions, the design is shown to you for approval.
Define
PROGRAM | BUILDING CODE | DEFINITION | PLAN
At this stage we take all the information gathered and organize it into a project plan. We refine the architectural program, identify building code and municipal requirements, and define the character traits of the project. These guidelines provide us with the framework for making solid decisions throughout project development.
Develop
REFINE | REVIEW | DETAILS
During the development phase we take the schematic design and refine the big idea down to the small details. We review color and material selections while developing additional construction details including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
Deliver
DOCUMENTATION | LEADERSHIP | QUALITY
We provide the construction documents for bidding and construction but there’s more to do. We are your representative throughout the construction process providing leadership, decision making, and quality observation to ensure you get what you paid for in the time you’ve planned for it.
