Bluffview Memory Care

To care for people with Alzheimer’s and related dementias, Bluffview Memory Care sought an efficient, effective building that would allow it to deliver high-quality, low-cost care.

Our figure-eight design solution divides residents into four separate neighborhoods, each with its own color scheme, furniture and theme. Residents are encouraged to wander through the kitchenette, dining area, family rooms and activity areas. The interior also features stone fireplaces, built-ins and a large, welcoming bistro.

Outside the building, residents and visitors can enjoy two courtyards for walking and a welcoming front porch.
