FlexTrades Corporate Offices

The renovation of a historic train warehouse in North Hudson, WI, transformed the space into a modern corporate office for a skilled technician staffing company, while preserving its unique architectural character. We focused on improving accessibility by adding a ramp, an elevator, and upgrading the toilet rooms to meet current standards. The design features a blend of open office spaces and small gathering areas, encouraging collaboration while maintaining a flexible work environment.

The main level houses a large kitchen designed for large-scale corporate events and meetings, fostering a sense of community during company-wide gatherings. The upper level offers executive offices and additional open office spaces to support a variety of work styles. Rather than restoring the building to its original condition, we celebrated its history by preserving its weathered character—highlighting the impressive beams and brick structure. The result is a functional, inspiring workspace that honors the building’s past while meeting the needs of a modern workforce.
