First Calvary Baptist Church

Since its formation in 1954, First Calvary Baptist Church has evolved its worship and gathering space to meet the growing needs of its community. When it received the donation of a site the church had been using for picnics and outdoor activities, it came to us with the idea of building a pavilion for outdoor worship.

As we explored this idea together, we soon realized the church needed a new worship facility to serve the community into the future. Through extensive focus groups with church members, we identified the need for a sanctuary as well as educational, multi-purpose/education and administration areas. Due to limited resources, we established a phased building approach.
