Bricks Neapolitan Pizza

Located in historic downtown Hudson, Bricks Neapolitan Pizza is a V.P.N. (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) certified restaurant. Its owners sought a space that would showcase their wood-fire pizza oven and display an open kitchen, highlighting Bricks' commitment to fresh ingredients.

We converted the former warehouse space into an inviting 50-seat restaurant that pairs historic architectural detailing, such as brick walls and concrete floors, with contemporary design elements. The inexpensive maple-paneled wall, wall art and exterior glass feature the restaurant’s flame logo.
