George Siegfried Construction Co.
For nearly nine decades, George Siegfried Construction (GSC) has built a legacy of craftsmanship in concrete and masonry. As the company expanded, so did the need for a headquarters that could support its growing team while embodying its heritage in the built environment.
The new facility seamlessly integrates office and warehouse functions within a design that balances tradition and modernity. A classic brick façade establishes a sense of permanence, while a board-formed concrete bearing wall runs through the interior, acting as both a structural spine and a tactile design element. The office portion, constructed with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs), enhances thermal performance and resilience, while the warehouse utilizes robust precast tilt-up panels for efficiency and structural integrity.
The composition merges contemporary spatial organization with an enduring material palette, ensuring the new headquarters not only meets operational needs but also stands as a testament to GSC’s legacy—an architectural expression of strength, craftsmanship, and innovation.
