Nestled into the hillside of an open meadow, Prairie Pointe Professional Center maximizes its views through careful site planning. Its design complements the natural surroundings and invites tenants to interact with nature.

By stepping the building out toward the center, we offered multiple views at different elevations while remaining true to prairie-style architecture with a low-pitch roof and horizontal elements.

To help this business center fit within its residential neighborhood, we chose a lap siding and natural stone exterior. Extensive prairie landscaping, retaining walls and patios complete the look.
