With headquarters in Hudson, WI, Resource Logistics coordinates with an independent shipping network to provide a variety of freight shipping services. When it commissioned us to design a new building, the company posed a unique challenge: How could it offer additional tenant spaces that had individualized identities within a very small budget?

To solve this challenge, we designed a 13,000-square-foot building with a rectilinear shell. Glazed boxes – pushed in or pulled out from the shell – combine with various-sized brick piers to create unique points of entry.
