A software company located in River Falls, WI, Sajan sought a 22,500-square-foot professional office building that would attract clientele and employees from coast to coast.

We created a two-phase approach to the building, which sits on a spacious and beautiful piece of land. Phase one features a large entry court that houses a café, large group meeting space and multi-functional areas. The second phase will add additional office space for lease.
