Liberty Hill Residence

Designed with gathering space in mind, this WI Green Certified home takes advantage of its long and narrow lot by using a simple T-shaped floor plan. The design creates both front and rear courtyards for playing, and the interior provides gracious open spaces for large family gatherings and smaller, comfortable areas for conversation.

We loaded it with sustainable features including foam sealant insulation, high-performance windows and VOC-free interior finishes. The hybrid heat pump and furnace system delivers a three-year project payback.
