White Box Modern

Located just off a beautiful golf course and separated by a small stream and marsh this modern home sought to provide a private street front while opening itself to its stunning back yard. Its clean straight lines are softened with sophisticated details and a blend of stone, wood, and stucco material choices.

On the interior we designed a soft contemporary pallet contrasted with blue countertops that create energy and inspiration. Particular attention is given to the artistic quality of the light fixtures and the light they create. The real highlight of this home is when you open the sliding glass panels to the solar shaded trellis and patio complete with a custom grill and plenty of space for entertaining.
