Landmark Wealth sought to combine two practices into one and create a new professional corporate office. Architectural and structural services provided a two-story building that would establish a modern presence when viewed from a busy state highway.

We designed the building utilizing a prefabricated insulated metal panel to create a contemporary and clean look accented by glazing and aluminum wood-look siding. This no-maintenance exterior was economical and beautiful. The two-story entry stair is open and dynamic with a simple, yet sophisticated floor plan centered around a modern conference room.
