MidwestOne Bank

MidwestOne has a long history in South Saint Paul and is located along a thoroughfare being actively revitalized by the city. The modern building design departed from the classic brick bank they were formerly in, making a statement as a landmark in the area. The building is positioned just off the sidewalk and large curtainwalls connect the banks interior to the pedestrian traffic. The exterior features a unique metal panel pattern creating visual texture. The interior design incorporates an abundance of wood to warm the clean color pallet and pays homage to the woodwork of the previous bank building.
